Is engagement the &quot;secret&quot; or is &quot;monitoring&quot; the preferred way?  Or maybe a bit of both?  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I think social media is still new so the jury is out on how best to use it and how best to drive results from it.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Just because Dell has made millions directly from Twitter does not mean I will.  There&#039;s lots of variables.  some known.  some not.</description>
